We get this question a LOT. For now, our working hours are unchanged from SJ Reef. We are open Tue, Thu, Fri from 3pm - 7pm and Sat, Sun from Noon - 6pm.

Some day we hope to provide this service to our clients. Simple answer based on reality for now is that "NO, We do not ship live stock". We are a small team focused on making the retail operations successful before we can take on additional responsibility like, shipping live animals safely and customer experience you expect from us.

We currently DO NOT ship live stock so when you purchase any livestock from the store website, we will hold it for your for a period of 1 week unless you instruct us otherwise for pick up in the store. Most of our live stock is published on the site. However, as I mentioned we are a small team trying to get the retail operation up and running so there might be delay in publishing some to the animals on the site. This is particularly true for most of our corals. From time to time we will start posting some of our WYSIWYG show pieces on the site but typically there is a lot more in store. We highly recommend you come visit us. We would love to know you better as well. Also please do not forget to subscribe to our newsletter. We will post our current and upcoming promotions, current stock list as well as exciting upgrades we are making at the store.
